If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time to another client and ensures I can fully prepare for each session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of Human Design readings, all sales are final once a session has been completed. If you have concerns about your reading, please reach out to me directly at humandesign@hdcompass.com and I will do my best to address them.
If you arrive late to your session, we will use the remaining scheduled time. I am unable to extend sessions beyond the booked duration out of respect for other clients.
Compass AI subscriptions are billed monthly at $14 CAD. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
